Environmental Associate

The Washington, D.C. office has an immediate need for an environmental associate with two to four years experience in environmental counseling, environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions and environmental enforcement. Strong academic credentials, substantive experience in environmental due diligence and transactional work, and familiarity with major environmental laws and statutes (including brownfields and all appropriate inquiry provisions) required. Significant responsibility and client contact is a sizeable component of the position. Also, knowledge of and experience in utilizing environmental insurance products a plus. Membership in DC Bar required. Candidates should include a resume, transcript, and writing sample.
