Business Law Associate

The Northern Virginia office of Holland & Knight LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 3-4 years of legal experience for its business law group. Experience in M&A and corporate joint ventures, as well as general corporate law is a must. Virginia Bar required. Applicant must have excellent academic credentials.
