Business Law Associate

The Washington office of Holland & Knight LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 3-4 years of legal experience for its business law group. Experience in M&A, venture finance, and complex limited liability corporation formation, as well as general corporate law is a must. Applicant must have excellent academic credentials.
