Estate Planning and Administration Practice Group attorneys Ellen Berkowitz and Nancy Hegarty will be speaking at MCLE's "Grantor Trusts Demystified." The program will discuss the complicated code provisions of grantor trust rules under I.R.C. §671-677 and the subtleties and nuances of these complex rules. A Q&A session will be held at the conclusion of the discussion.
