Structured Finance and Securitization Practice Group Leader John Pritchard will co-chair and speak at The Cape Town Convention after 3.5 Years.

Organized by the Aviation Working Group and its Legal Advisory Panel and hosted by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore in cooperation with the International Civil Aviation Organization and the International Institute for the Unification of Private law, this educational seminar will focus on the ratification and implementation of the Cape Town Convention and Aircraft Protocol by Contracting States and on advanced contract, registration and transaction practices to date. 

Prompted by Singapore's ratification of the Cape Town Convention earlier this year, this will be the first Asia-Pacific program on the Convention since its entry into the force. The seminar is designed for government officials, airlines, lenders, lessors, counsel and all those with an interest in the Cape Town Convention.
