Industrial Association Small Business Breakfast panel titled "Current Trends in
Mergers and Acquisitions Within the Government Contracting Industry."
Designed for defense contractors, the presentation will
provide information on the current state of the merger and acquisition markets.
Mr. August and Mr. Mutryn will share their observations on changes in government
contracting policies, trends in valuations of companies and elements of
successful purchase and sale transactions. Industry issues such as OCIs,
insourcing, DCAA audits, classified contract diligence, retention of top talent
and future budgetary constraints will be addressed.
