Deborah Griffin, Senior Counsel in the
Litigation Group, will speak at an American Bar
Association Continuing Legal Education seminar titled "Which Bond Form is Right
for Me?"
The program will look at bonding options under the American
Institute of Architect and ConsensusDOCS forms respectively, focusing on
developments and trends in securing both performance and payment obligations on
a variety of projects and project delivery systems. Panelists will compare the
requirements of the bond forms prepared by the AIA and ConsensusDOCS and
identify potential litigation issues under both.
