In today's economy, growth companies are finding it challenging to raise money, entice qualified individuals to serve as Board members and generally conduct business in the marketplace. This program will address innovative ways in which growth companies can raise capital via venture capital, equity financing, private placements and the public markets. The speakers will also discuss the optimum ways that a company can "package" itself in its prospectus so that it is attractive to potential investors and streamline the capital raising process.
