Northern Virginia Litigation Partner Christopher A. Myers is a featured speaker at this year's Food Marketing Institute Legal Conference. Mr. Myers will present a session on Federal Sentencing Guidelines and the Importance of Compliance.
Christopher A. Myers is co-chair of Holland & Knight's Compliance Services National Practice Team and a member of the firm's White Collar Defense Team. He is a former federal prosecutor and has experience in a broad range of complex matters affecting heavily regulated industries, including health care, government contracts, financial institutions, real estate, securities and other companies. He has represented clients with respect to matters involving civil and criminal fraud investigations, corporate governance, anti-money laundering, design and implementation of compliance programs, and administrative litigation. Mr. Myers is certified as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional.
