Tatsugi and Beizaie will concentrate their practice in International and Cross Border Transactions with a specific emphasis on the firm's Japan practice, which represents Japanese companies and financial institutions in a broad range of U.S. legal matters.

"We are delighted to have Kenji and Scott on board and as part of our Japan practice," said Frank Costello, partner of Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office. "The firm has a history of more than 50 years of servicing Japanese companies in the U.S. and both Kenji and Scott have extensive experience in this area.
