Jason S. Gibson Named President-Elect of The National LGBT Bar Association
 
Jason S. Gibson- Ft Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – February 6, 2012 – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Jason S. Gibson, an associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office, has been named President-Elect of The National LGBT Bar Association, a national affiliate of the American Bar Association. He will begin his one-year term as President in February 2013.

The National LGBT Bar Association is a national association of lawyers, judges and other legal professionals, law students, activists, and affiliated lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender legal organizations. The association promotes justice in and through the legal profession for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community in all its diversity.

Gibson practices in the area of transactional real estate law, focusing on retail, office and industrial leasing. He has been a member of The National LGBT Bar since 2006, serving as a delegate for The National LGBT Bar to the American Bar Association YLD Assembly during his tenure, and served as the ABA Liaison to the Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession from 2009 to 2010.
