Preparing for New Health Care Delivery Models: Follow the Health Reform Pilot Projects

This program is a recording of a webinar originally presented on October 19, 2009.

As Members of Congress continue to debate the breadth and depth of health care reform, the direction reform takes and the potential impact on the health care industry's day-to-day business operations can often be found in the payment and delivery reforms slated for evaluation through the Executive Branch's demonstration authority. Please join us for a one-hour webinar on the current state of the health care debate and to hear federal health policy perspectives and the business implications for the health care delivery system from members of the firm's Health Law & Life Sciences team. The program will focus on demonstration projects currently included in the pending legislation: Accountable Care Organizations; Medical Homes; and various provider payment models, like bundling, to be tested and evaluated by the to-be-created CMS Innovation Center. Learn how you can participate to access federal funds and shape the direction of federal health care policy.
