Allison H. Schifini is a senior associate and member of the firm’s Aviation, Real Estate and China practice groups. She practices in the area of asset-backed finance with particular expertise in real estate and aircraft. Her experience in real estate covers commercial, residential and hospitality properties. Her real estate transactional experience spans sale and acquisitions, condominium and hotel developments, leasing, formation of partnerships and joint ventures, and varied financings from straight mortgage-backed loans to municipal bond financings. She also has a specialty negotiating restaurant, spa and other service agreements on behalf of hotel operators. Her experience in aviation covers large commercial as well corporate aircraft, with transactions including leveraged and operating leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and varied financing structures such as enhanced equipment trust and aircraft mortgaged backed note offerings.
