Adolfo E. Jimenez practices in litigation with emphasis in international disputes. He is the Team Leader for Holland & Knight's International Litigation and Arbitration Team. He also practices in the areas of media law, maritime and transportation. Mr. Jimenez has significant experience representing clients in civil court and arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the China International Trade and Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). He also has extensive litigation and trial experience.
