Amanda Monchamp practices in the areas of land use, natural resources, and environmental law with an emphasis on project development, regulatory compliance and litigation regarding the California Environmental Quality Act throughout California. Ms. Monchamp advises clients on various aspects of complex residential, commercial and industrial land use and development projects, as well as linear projects for utilities such as telecommunications and power companies. Her work on these projects includes due diligence review, local entitlement processing, environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act, and defending challenges to project approvals under the California Environmental Quality Act and other land use laws.
