Anna L. Nesterova advises and represents management clients in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including defense of age, race, national origin, sex, disability, and religious discrimination claims arising under federal, state and city laws, as well as defense and prosecution of claims arising out of employment agreements, confidentiality and non-solicitation clauses, and covenants not to compete. Ms. Nesterova also analyzes layoff, reduction-in-force and restructuring plans for federal and state WARN Act compliance. She also counsels employers in the labor and employment aspects of mergers, business sales, reorganizations and acquisitions.
