Amber Marie Goethel practices in the areas of real estate, corporate and franchise law. Ms. Goethel's experience includes representing lenders in closing a variety of real estate transactions and in commercial real estate lending workouts. Ms. Goethel also advises individuals and companies on franchise laws and disclosure obligations, corporate laws and corporate governance practices.
