Alberto M. Hernandez has significant experience in domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters. Mr. Hernandez’s corporate finance experience includes the representation of issuers, investors and underwriters in connection with venture capital transactions, private placements and lending transactions. Additionally, he has represented many multinational corporations in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Much of Mr. Hernandez's domestic transactional and corporate practice focuses in the health care industry where he has represented a broad spectrum of health care businesses, including physician practice management companies, hospitals systems, health maintenance organizations, provider networks, prepaid health plans and other healthcare providers and delivery systems. He is former general counsel to a publicly traded physician practice management company.
