Andrew N. Fiske concentrates his practice in the areas of government representation and land use, providing counsel to municipalities on the broad range of issues that local governments routinely face, including zoning and regulatory matters, employment issues, contract drafting and interpretation, and the application and enforcement of municipal ordinances. Mr. Fiske serves as the municipal attorney for meetings of numerous public bodies, including boards of trustees, planning and historic preservation commissions, and zoning boards of appeal. Mr. Fiske also is an experienced litigator on behalf of municipal clients in both state and federal courts, with particular experience prosecuting ordinance and misdemeanor violations in administrative adjudication systems and before Illinois circuit courts.
