Adam Charles Ritter is a partner in the Business Law Department of the Los Angeles Office of Holland & Knight LLP, and practices international business and corporate law. Mr. Ritter serves both domestic and foreign clients, utilizing his Spanish and Mandarin Chinese language capabilities as appropriate. Mr. Ritter participates in the Firm's mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, high-tech and emerging growth company, and cross-border transaction practices.
