Bethany Aseltine practices in the areas of real estate, real estate finance, resort and hotel development, and corporate law. Ms. Aseltine represents and advises clients in the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate, with a focus on general corporate matters related to the acquisition, financing, development and management of commercial real property. In addition, Ms. Aseltine represents developers and hotel brands in the structuring of condominium, destination club, timeshare, fractional share, private residence club, condominium hotel, and master planned and multi-use resort and hotel development projects, and in the preparation of governing documents and associated agreements for such projects. She counsels clients on compliance with state regulatory requirements in the registration, sale and marketing of domestic and foreign resort development projects and represents developers in the registration of such projects with state agencies.
