Barbara Andersen is a Partner who handles real estate and commercial litigation matters in state and federal trial courts on a local and national basis. Specifically, she represents construction companies, commercial banks, corporations, title insurance companies, partnerships and individuals with regard to complex litigation matters. Ms. Andersen’s litigation practice includes matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
Ms. Andersen’s real estate litigation experience includes the handling of mechanic’s lien issues, banking litigation, mortgage subrogation and priority disputes, lender fraud and forgery, complex mortgage foreclosures and construction issues.
