Barry Brown is Senior Counsel at Holland & Knight and a professor of law with 30 years of experience in all phases of complex real estate transactional law. During the past three decades, Mr. Brown has represented lenders, developers, architects, engineers and contractors in the acquisition, development, construction, leasing and management of shopping centers, commercial office parks and industrial facilities. He has been responsible for securing the land use and environmental permits and approvals necessary for successful completion of these complex projects including federal environmental compliance and all phases of MEPA practice.
