Dr. Baldine Paul is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Holland & Knight where he is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. His experience encompasses trademark and patent litigation, patent counseling, patentability and non-infringement opinions, and due diligence in intellectual property transactions.
Dr. Paul advises clients on transactional and litigation matters related to patents in a wide range of products and technologies including Digital Television (DTV) standards, MPEG video coding, JPEG image compression, mobile communications networks, flat panel displays, semiconductors devices, and memory devices.
