Barbara Cocciolo is a member of the Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups in the Jacksonville office of Holland & Knight. She has experience in the areas of master-planned communities (single family home residential, commercial and mixed-use) and condominium developments, including experience with respect to the operation of master-planned and mixed-use communities. She also has experience in representing financial institutions in commercial and residential foreclosures, loan restructurings and REO sales. Ms. Cocciolo's experience also includes complex commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions of resorts, hotels, retail shopping centers and large scale timberland.
