Brian P. Corrigan, a member of the Private Wealth Services Group, practices in the areas of probate and fiduciary litigation, and matrimonial and family law. Mr. Corrigan has experience in a variety of Surrogate's Court matters, including will contests, contested accounting, fiduciary surcharge and discovery proceedings. He is also experienced in contested and uncontested guardianship proceedings in New York State Supreme Court and New York Surrogate's Court.
