Benjamin M. McGovern is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, practicing in the area of general civil litigation.
Mr. McGovern has advised clients in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, including litigation relating to contracts, business torts, intellectual property, real property disputes, professional malpractice, the unauthorized practice of law, housing discrimination and environmental compliance. In his practice, Mr. McGovern has represented clients in federal and in state courts at both the trial and appellate level.
