Bill Stevens has more than 38 years of experience as a trial lawyer representing large businesses in complex commercial litigation transactions and has served as lead counsel in many of the firm's most significant cases. Mr. Stevens' primary practice areas include complex U.S. and international disputes involving commercial, intellectual property, non-competition, trade secret, fiduciary duty and tortious interference cases. He has handled more than 350 copyright infringement cases for the Software & Information Industry Association, has represented various national insurance brokers in dozens of errors and omissions litigation and diverse other commercial litigation, and has made new law in a number of cases of first impression. He has won motions for sanctions based on the destruction of electronic evidence in three instances since mid-2009.
