Carlos García de Ceca is an associate in Holland & Knight's International and Cross Border Transactions Practice Group. Mr. García de Ceca has considerable experience in foreign direct investment, including setting up new operations and negotiating and executing joint venture contracts, with particular emphasis on inbound and outbound investments in Spain, China and Latin America. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. García de Ceca practiced in procedural, bankruptcy and commercial law offices in Zurich, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Madrid.
