Christopher H. Collins
focuses on zoning and land use law, historic preservation, municipal law,
building code and foreign mission and international organization matters. He has
considerable experience representing a broad range of clients, including
residential, commercial, retail and industrial developers and development
entities, financial institutions, asset managers, hotels, schools and
universities, foreign governments, nonprofit organizations, religious
institutions, and property owners and commercial tenants in all areas of land
use law and real estate development. He represents clients before all of the
federal and local land use regulatory agencies in District of Columbia. He serves as
Counsel to the D.C. Building Industry Association.
