Courtney E. Gribbon is a member of Holland & Knight's Litigation Section, practicing in the area of general civil litigation. Ms. Gribbon has advised clients in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, including litigation related to contracts, business torts, environmental products liability, real property disputes and insurance coverage litigation. She has represented clients in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate level. In her practice, Ms. Gribbon has appeared on behalf of clients at jury trials, briefed and argued dispositive motions, conducted and prepared clients for depositions, and managed large document productions. She has significant experience in all aspects of factual investigation and discovery, including electronic discovery.
