Cameron G. Stout is a partner in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office. Mr. Stout's primarily litigation-based practice emphasizes the representation of securities broker-dealers, banks and other financial service firms in customer dispute arbitrations and other securities matters filed as class actions or individually in state and federal court. Mr. Stout also handles a variety of securities regulatory proceedings. He has developed specific capabilities defending national brokerage firms in single product, mass arbitrations. His area of proficiency extends to litigation and internal investigations arising out of money laundering, embezzlement and related Ponzi activity. He also has significant employment defense litigation knowledge.
