Christine Fuqua Gay practices in the Litigation Section of the Miami office of Holland & Knight, with an emphasis on Labor and Employment law. Ms. Gay represents clients in matters arising out of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and other federal, state and local laws, in addition to claims arising out of employment agreements.
