Christopher P. "Chris" Oliver practices in the areas of commercial real estate transactions (sales, aquisitions and leasing), land use and zoning, and commercial real estate lending. Prior to joining the Tampa office of Holland & Knight in 2006, Mr. Oliver gained experience representing several national commercial mortgage lenders in the origination and closing of securitized loans being sold as commercial mortgage-backed securities, or CMBS. Mr. Oliver also has other career experience in eminent domain/condemnation law.
