Chad Tiedemann has more than 25 years of commercial real estate finance, development and leasing experience. He represents institutional clients, including investment advisors, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and foreign investors, as well as developers, tenants and syndicators. The complex transactions that Mr. Tiedemann handles include acquisitions, sales, joint venture formations, construction, permanent and mezzanine loans, ground leases, re-capitalizations and sale-leasebacks. He also has extensive experience with workouts and foreclosures. Mr. Tiedemann's practice includes retail, office, multifamily, hotels and industrial properties.
