D. Bruce May Jr. chairs the firm’s Energy Team. He practices extensively before the Florida Public Service Commission and other agencies and courts on matters involving electric and gas regulation, independent power production, municipal utility regulation, telecommunications regulation, and water and wastewater regulation. He is active in legislative matters involving public utility, energy and telecommunication issues.
