David C. Borucke practices as a litigator and counselor in the firm's media law practice group. His areas of focus include defending defamation claims, protecting media access to government records and other news sources, and counseling clients with respect to advertising issues. He also has extensive appellate experience in diverse subject areas including admiralty, ad valorem taxation, antitrust, commercial disputes, eminent domain, ERISA, intellectual property, labor and employment, land use, and trade secrets. Mr. Borucke has worked on appeals in each of Florida's District Court of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court, and the Eleventh Circuit.
