Dana L. Choi practices in the firm's Litigation Department, focusing primarily on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation. Her litigation experience includes both civil and criminal litigation in the areas of health care fraud, securities fraud, money laundering, wiretapping, insurance fraud, consumer fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practice Act issues, environmental crimes, and trade secret theft. Ms. Choi is a member of the Firm's White Collar Defense and Corporate Compliance National Practice Group.
