Danica Kubick is an Associate in the Real Estate Section in the Washington, D.C. office of Holland & Knight. Ms. Kubick's practice focuses on resort development and finance. She has experience in structuring and documenting condominium, fractional share, timeshare, condominium hotel and hotel development projects.
While attending law school, Ms. Kubick worked for three years as a law clerk in the Timeshare and Resort Communities Practice Group at Holland & Knight.
Ms. Kubick's admission to the District of Columbia Bar is pending. She is currently practicing under the supervision of admitted D.C. Counsel. Ms. Kubick is admitted to practice in Maryland.
