Daniel K. Hampton is a member of the Litigation Department and the firm's Intellectual Property and Appellate Practice Groups. Mr. Hampton concentrates his practice in intellectual property litigation and licensing, and has litigated a wide variety of intellectual property and other business disputes in federal and state trial and appeals courts. His trial court litigation includes substantial experience with patent, trademark, and copyright infringement cases in federal courts across the country, as well as having successfully handled a wide variety commercial disputes. His appellate litigation encompasses a broad range of substantive areas, including First Amendment, fiduciary duty, landlord-tenant and bankruptcy law.
