David H. Mann is a Legislative Assistant in the Public Policy and Regulation Group at Holland & Knight. Prior to joining the firm, he was a consultant with Energy Investment Advisors where he provided consulting services on renewable and alternative energy policy. He has covered the state and national climate debates for Technology Transition Corporation, the National Hydrogen Association, and the Alliance to Save Energy.
David has extensive climate and energy policy and government and industry relations experience. He coordinated the policy activities of the National Hydrogen Association and helped preserve millions of dollars in research funding.
Prior to his work on climate change, David was an associate producer for a weekly radio news program in Pennsylvania.
