With his diverse background as corporate lawyer, civil prosecutor and leading governance authority, he has developed a national reputation in serving the full range of needs of his nonprofit clients. These clients include health care institutions, colleges and universities, cultural organizations, social service agencies, religious organizations, social clubs, trade and professional associations, national charities, environmental organizations, advocacy groups and private foundations, among others.
