David Matuszewski has a broad range of experience in the areas of finance, mergers and acquisitions and business law. In the finance area, Mr. Matuszewski has represented both borrowers and lenders in virtually every type of lending transaction, including asset-based lending, acquistion financing (including management buyouts), mezzanine financing, DIP financing, government contractor lending, ship financing and aircraft financing. He has served as US counsel in numerous international lending transactions. He has lectured on secured transactions and the Uniform Commercial Code.
In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Matuszewski has represented both buyers and sellers in numerous deals. Mr. Matuszewski's greatest exeprience involves acquisition transactions with government contractors. He has also played integral roles in transactions in the power, real estate, hospitality, building, food service, retail and communications industries.
Mr. Matuszewski has passed the Uniform CPA Examination.
