Dana Gryniuk is a member of the Business Law section of Holland & Knight, LLP. She practices in the area of general corporate matters, commercial transactions, healthcare regulatory matters, Medicare & Medicaid regulatory issues, HIPAA, federal and state fraud and abuse matters, pedigree and prescription drug distribution for pharmaceutical wholesalers and managed care and international business ventures for healthcare clients. Much of the domestic corporate and mergers and acquisitions work handled has involved health care businesses and various provider networks. She is experienced in both Medicare and Medicaid and Florida state regulatory and licensing matters for various health related facilities and providers.
