Doug Karpa is an associate in the West Coast Land Use and Environment Group in Holland & Knight’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on land use, energy, natural resources and complex permitting. In particular, Dr. Karpa uses his scientific experience to provide guidance on biological resource issues, climate change and other technically complex areas.
