Don Zarin is a Partner in the International & Cross Border Transactions practice group in the Washington, D.C. office of Holland & Knight. He is co-head of the International Trade Practice Group and head of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Team, a part of the White Collar Defense and Corporate Compliance Team. Mr. Zarin has represented and counseled U.S. and foreign companies on a wide range of international trade and international commercial matters, including multilateral and bilateral trade agreements, antidumping duty proceedings and other trade remedy laws, customs matters, export control issues, U.S. antiboycott laws, and trade legislative issues, as well as overseas joint venture projects and international commercial agreements. He has represented foreign governments on trade policy matters, in treaty negotiations, and in the drafting of a Constitution. Mr. Zarin is a leading attorney in the area of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-corruption practices. He is the author of Doing Business under the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, a leading textbook on this subject.
