Donald Pierce Moore is a member of the Public Companies and Securities Group and the International Group in the Miami office. His practice is diverse, including corporate and securities law, corporate governance advice, mergers & acquisitions, finance and investment, international transactions and distressed and bankruptcy-related transactions. His clients are distributed around the world and include high-net-worth individuals, small and large privately held businesses and publicly traded companies. Mr. Moore's international practice includes transactions and representations in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. He also advises clients on their world-wide corporate structures. Mr. Moore spends a large portion of his time in the Middle East, including in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, where he advises clients on construction, energy, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions and transportation projects as well as regional security matters. His industry experience includes a significant understanding of construction, distressed business and crisis management situations, entertainment, finance and investments, food & beverage, healthcare, insurance, private military companies, technology and transportation and logistics.
