Dustin P. Stevens practices in Holland & Knight's Central Florida Real Estate Group, focusing in the area of retail real estate, real estate finance and land use. Mr. Stevens has handled complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and development of shopping centers, apartment complexes, single-family residential developments, retail outparcels and raw land. He has extensive experience in the continued representation of a large national retail pharmacy chain and a large national retail financial institution, in the acquisition of shopping center outparcels and inline space, as well as free-standing locations. His practice includes drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, closing documents and leasing documents, reviewing due diligence materials, including title and survey, leases and management agreements, and resolving site development issues related to access, utilities, governmental approvals and environmental remediation.
