David V. Biesemeyer has more than 35 years of experience in equipment leasing and financing transactions. Mr. Biesemeyer has worked on deals involving various types of equipment, including aircraft, rail equipment, motor vehicles, vessels, manufacturing equipment, facilities and alternative energy equipment. He has assisted principals and intermediaries in the development of various leasing and financing structures. In addition, he has testified in U.S. state and federal and Canadian courts on equipment leasing and other commercial loan matters.
