Erin A. Webb is a Senior Associate in the Labor & Employment group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of employment litigation, counseling and labor law. Ms. Webb represents employers in labor and employment-related lawsuits in federal and state courts and in investigations and charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, and other state and local civil rights and wage and hour commissions. She has defended employers in lawsuits involving discrimination and harassment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans With Disabilities Act (including race, sex, sexual harassment, age, religion, national origin, and disability claims), the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is also an experienced general litigator. She has also represented employers in union-related matters including collective bargaining negotiations, grievances, arbitrations, and charges of unfair labor practices.
